Yay we managed to catch Baby! Lured her into the crate with her toy and tried to push her butt in for the first attempt but she got a scare and ran off.
Then we placed her food inside the crate and after a few tries of getting her sniff the food herself, she got in and we managed to lock the crate! She realized it immediately and started crying "nooo~noo~". Honestly, it's heart-wrenching for me because we've bonded so well with Baby and her cries make us feel bad. (Plus the puss-in-boots eyes she give us). But like what all parents love to say to their kids - it's for her (your) own good.
Baby is going for her sterilization appointment at Monster Pet Vet tomorrow at 9.30am. And we all wish she will regain her confidence fast enough and be more manja (let us carry her!!).
As s8p (si ba po/ sam & pecan's mummy/ looky) sent Baby to bossy designer's (Lynne Wong) place, cc and I waited for our cabs home. I thought I heard cat meows but you know, we feed the office cats a lot and sometimes we just hear meows subconsciously. Plus there were some rowdy banglas around and I thought I heard wrongly. But after boarding the cab, cc said she heard the purrs and saved a kitten from the bushes opposite our office! (Are we cat savers or what?!)
The ginger kitten is in the guardhouse and hope she's safe!
