I passed my FTT ( I finished in 5minutes and was the first to get out of the room and felt like a goddess when all eyes fell on me hahaha) and went down to the office to book my TP. Halfway through with the customer service officer, this Caucasian lady went up and ask the guy serving me, "Is this where I make my payment of $6 to convert my license?" And she sounded kind of impatient at that time, which I don't know why. But anyway, the guy replied her "Sorry Mam, you've got to go over to the other admin office to make the payment. Before that you've to enrol with us because we don't have your details with us yet."

And the lady went frustrated and pissed, "I DON'T have ALL day you know!"

Of course the guy tried to explain things to her, but apparently I think she is just concerned with converting her bloody license. Before she left, she left a remark that made me and the officer really pissed.

"This is an insane country!"

WTF?! Just because you have to follow the procedures to convert your license which may take up probably at most 2 hours of your time, you think you have the power to act like you're the dowager?! Like come'on, if you don't like how Singapore works (law by law) and you think we are an insane country with insane people, what for you come to Singapore in the first place?! Yes we need foreign talents, but not foreign talents who make nonsensical and brainless remarks about us.
