HAPPY 2013!

Honestly, I didn't feel that anything has changed or that anything's special to new year, except we survived 21.12.2012 so I guess 2013 will be better?

Had post X'mas with ei8ht at YL's place for steamboat (!!) and gift exchange! Glad that nothing's changing our friendship and really thankful for the girls' love as usual!

New year's eve was spent with a little hi-tea session at Canele with SPC and we did our x'mas exchange! I guess this year we all bought the right gifts! ;)

NYE-Dinner was at daddy's friend's place and a little countdown but I was so tired to be high. And moreover, it's with a bunch of kids whom I've seen them grow up so it's kind of boring lol. Plus, the adults were pretty annoying :/ I don't know, but, I feel men who've above 50 grow to be irritating & stubborn! Haha

Well anyway, I thought I should do a little recap of what happened in 2012 (some major stuff)! Heh! afterall it's kind of a changing point of my life because I stepped out to working world!

January 2012

I started painting my room! New year, new colors to fill the room because it was getting a bit old and dull! Plus, I was still on job hunt so with the spare time on hand, I decided to have some hands on :)

February 2012

I finally got a job at and I was glad that the team was really nice. I had a nice boss, nice colleagues! And fish was back from Germany from her exchange! But it was zer's turn to fly for exchange zzz

March 2012

Very first pets event! - magazine's 6th birthday at sentosa wavehouse! And it was my very first time being surrounded by so many dogs, making me fall in love with the fidos!

April 2012

Very first company dinner at St. Regis

Put on my very first pair of contact lens

Put on very thick make up

Had a perm-ed hairdo.

May 2012

My double-2 birthday! No significance other than growing older! Lol!

August 2012

First trip with the girls- fish and the HAPPYs to Bangkok!

First trip out with all the girls from ei8ht to Batam (small yet big step! :p)

The season of giving burnt a huge hole in my pocket - but I felt happy spending the money.

I'm thankful for all the friends I have! Not a lot, but enough to make me realise how much love I've received! Especially as I was packing my room, organising the little stuff from every one, like gifts and letters, it's really making me emotional haha..

I realised, too, that it's really little things that make me happy. Such as, knowing my friends are happy is enough to put a smile across my face. Sometimes, it doesn't take a lot to move the muscles on your face to form a smile. Definitely makes my day better when I know someone beside me is happy.

No resolutions because I don't fulfill them any way hahaha. So I'll just hope this year will be a better year in terms of having more sales, finding what I would really like to do/work in, being easily satisfied, happier, giving more love to family and friends, and something which I saw in a book:

Oh yes, being on time for work and finding a hobby/ something I would really enjoy doing so I don't feel like I'm wasting my life away. Maybe learning a language which I've been procrastinating for so long.
