Stop being a pain in the ass.
I'm helping out at the museum on some weekends, which I've started yesterday. And I miss the 'team' of last yr though there were more bitches (but they were part timers so I didn't much bother). And I'm using my break time to chill and type this post haha
Anyway, there's this major bitch in charge this year and it's so annoying. I just can't stand the way she talks to us 5)3 play facilitators, and then act so disgustingly cute to the kids. She's like in her mid or late thirties and she just called herself a 'jiejie' to this kid. Like omg.
I think the overall in charge/ supervisor (as you may want to call it) plays an important role in ensuring not only the kids/parents enjoy the event but also the play facilitators(us, part timers) are doing well and fully taken care of. And I'm sure the part timers would want to help you out again in future.
I don't see why you have to be stern about us making mistakes. If you are impatient with us, I don't see how you can be patient with the kids. Moreover, you're the overall in charge. Use a nicer tone and please don't put on a black face every day. To err is human.
And we don't owe you a living.
I will definitely give this bitch a feedback after the event ends.
Anyway, cute and sweet Korean girl I saw just now.
