And so....Zer has left for Beijing yesterday midnight. And SPC will only be reunited after 5 months. That's gonna be a long 5 months. We've been through so much together and it feels weird to be just out in a pair and not triplets :/ Anyway, I'm sure she's gonna enjoy her exchange (minus the missing home and her boyf part) because I always think being able to travel (technically the exchange is not a travel but she'll still be able to explore) is really fun and I always wanted such a chance to 体验当地的生活. But apparently, I'm a fresh grad and supposed to be finding a job. Probably if I decide to pursue a degree overseas but very not likely for me to study again hahahaha.

Anyway, having this irritating phlegm in my throat that's really making my whole throat irritated. And I was busily clearing my throat all the way throughout the 2 interviews today, which I thought was distracting and rude. The first interview was at a Design Packaging company for the position of marketing executive. Apparently the boss asked what I can do with e-marketing to help the company reach a 5-figure of 'likes' on Facebook from the current 700. So I'm supposed to think on my feet and then I gave a simple plan which actually is sort of very textbook answer. Anyway, he said "To be honest with you, your idea is really elementary, amateurish. If you've been to our facebook ('which I didn't'),  we have done all this and it's further than what you've said. Do you know how to do datamining?"

I replied "I only learnt it in textbooks but I don't have a chance to practically do one".

He said "You know textbooks and real life is very different. In the end who is the guinea pig if companies gave those who don't have the relevant experience to fill in the job?"

Okay it's not like I can't take such comments because I really agree that my thinking is still very simple and elementary. But that's because I don't have any practical experience. All the ideas I have are actually from what I've been doing in projects. Anyway, I don't really like the boss because he didn't even give me a smile from the start of the interview. Oh well.

The second one was for Advertising Sales Exec. Basically, it's just sales. But it's selling advertising space in a magazine, so I thought its interesting, and I should just step out of my comfort zone and try something like this. But basic is $2k :/

So looking forward to picnic at Botanical Gardens with ei8ht this Sunday!!!! The last time we had a proper picnic was 3 or 4 years ago!!!!

And Carrie is leaving soon too for Korea :( awwwww
