dream - 梦- 꿈- 夢- sogno- rêve
celebrated carrie's (belated) 21st with a simple dinner (but really tiring because we were walking a lot to find a place for dinner!) and we gave her a nice and cute yellow ukulele that suits her a lot! :D
原来在梦里一直期盼那个人出现 (却又没出现) -是...这种感觉。
I think I'm a real dreamer. Never fail to dream every night and I guess this is pretty bad because it means my brain ain't really getting real rest, right? Hahahaha! And I always get random weird dreams.
Take the other day, I dreamt that I was in this game thing which there was this god or something which has powers to read the contestants' minds. The god could read what appeared in the contestants' minds immediately after an Alphabet letter was told and *boom* make the image appear. So the aim of the game was to say something else instead of what was first appeared in mind. Pretty complicated eh?
Means cannot say the top of the mind (/what came into your mind first) thing. For example, letter 'A'! Then the image of APPLE will appear because that's what you thought first..& then it'll get smaller, while time runs out. So you got to say something else that starts with 'A' before the image disappears = lose the game and get sucked into this hole!
& I could feel the nervous vibes even while sleeping! Don't ask me...I don't know where I get the creative juices even while I'm in slumberland either!
& yesterday night I dreamt I was waiting for that someone to appear in my dreams, but I just couldn't catch even a glimpse. It's like the feeling of anticipating and knowing that person will appear but he just doesn't make it into your dream. Feeling of anticipation sucks! Hahahahaha.
I had many many wild dreams before but rarely they were sad ones.
I think the topic on dreams is pretty interesting..somehow reflects the reality...how people get the imagination and creativity to form stories in the mind while sleeping..etc.
Okay maybe enough of dreams! hahaha It's the 3rd week of school and it's still pretty much like honeymoon week because assignments ain't briefed yet. So we're still enjoying....and next next week is a holiday week as well because of national day! :D
I was talking to a friend few days ago and I found myself trying hard to think of a topic to continue the conversation. I don't know...but what's your take on finding something to talk about?
1) People always say that true friends are those who don't feel awkward despite silence.
2) Sometimes we have lots of stuff to chat about that we don't even need to purposely find topics.
3) Finding topics to cover the awkward silence.
4) Can't even find a topic at all.
I guess the most pathetic one is the last one. I'm someone who's pretty adaptable I guess? Probably in recent years..Thanks to the different kinds of friends I have hahahaha I'm okay if it's really quiet when I'm with a friend. Or I could try to find something to talk about. Some people can't endure silence, while some can't stand non-stop chatting. I guess I'm alright at both! :D
but sometimes I still find myself really trying hard to search inside my brainware for some topics.
But I'm still glad I don't have this problem with my close groups of friends!!!! :)
