im such a great procrastinator. i wanted to start my exercise plan since holidays started. but i hvnt. till now. always wanted to wake up a tit earlier to go for a swim. but i just cant pull myself up. and i had bak kut teh today. how to lose the fats? ):

anyway,just as i was abt to decide to go see a gynae/ or a doc of the women's clinic just opposite my hse, my thing came. dont know if it's a good thing or what. because that means i need to monitor it for another month and then decide if i should go visit.

and i was reading up on the net, that the irregularity might be caused by stress/ dieting prbs. well i think more of the stress part i guess? (okay or maybe some hormone imbalance.) since it's the holidays and i've been slacking (a lot), my stress's gone, i guess. that's why it came. it cldnt be dieting prbs since i hvnt start my change of diet (cutting down on food) or even over-exericsing. so dieting factor's out of the question.

okay enough of that prb. hahahaha.

have been waking up quite late these 2 weeks, and i think i ought to change it, since im looking for a job soon and will have to adapt to waking up early should i get a job. and and, i need to start my exercising plan! hahaha OKAY I AIM TO WAKE UP AT 9AM TMR TO SWIM.
