HOW DOES IT FEELS TO WORK ON A SATURDAY?!

why are all those people in itp too, and they get higher pay, do not have to work on a bloody saturday?!

although its still as slack to work on a saturday, working at7.30am jsut to prepare for work on a saturday isnt a gd thing! argh *&@$&#*&$^@&()!$(@)(*&$^*!#^$&*(

suck.

anyway, work has been tiring although ive been slping at 10.30pm every night. okay i think i shall skip the tiring part of itp since i think i blogged in the last entry.

i shall blog on wat i learned so far. (btw im in the office now waiting for 1pm to come in 20mins time)

basically, the mkting dept rly covers wat we learnt in mkting. doing promotions, advertising, business development, customer relationship mkting, company's website, designing, etc.

and i think its not easy. becos u got to lias with different parties.

i think the advertising part is the most fun one. they either outsource or they do it on their own. and in fact, theres one they did on their own this time. i didnt see the advert or take part but it seems fun when they are discussing and everything. its like doing school proj. i shall consider taking advertising. hahahahha. if only it was easy.

they tried to think of all possible advertising strategies. like convectional mtd and wat we learnt in FEB. nuffang ads, mrt, and many more luh. cant rly rmb. but it rly seems fast.

though itp can rly be boring, i think ive learnt quite a bit on wat the mkting dept is doing.

(5mins passed only. argh)

and like, u got to find ways to find business and not wait for business to come knocking on ur door. like finding new prospects. although the clinics are there, its mostly usual customers going and so mkting dept basically hv to make sure these loyal customers are being retained yet at the same time, find new customers. like, i tried cold calling to sports associations and clubs who may have spine prbs when they exercise, so i will call them and ask if they are interested that we will be giving free health talk and spinal screening. in this way, if they agree, and we manage to set a booth there, we can find newer customers who need our services if they sign up after the talk and screening.

its basically like wat we learn in sch.

retain, find new prospects, make money, cut down expenses.
