i put on wt again! ><
i just weighed myself..i grew2kg back on me AGAIN!! im so damn sad la... :(i must force myself to exercise every morning le..the wt i wan to slim down to is 54kg! :(
im not gg to tell u guys how far im from my ideal wt :) hahaha ^^
iguess it's all the climbing of long stairs in schtt caused me to get hungry easily and lead to excessive food intake.sigh!!!~~
more exercises for me!!!
